Personal Note
at age 1,
I was a silent kid, never troubled parents, played with empty match boxes and tins
,Loved the company of the old men than kids of my age
,Started dreaming
,Used to play with paper scraps rather than toys
,Smart kid at school
,Got beaten for mischiefs of my cousin who broke my loneliness
,Developed a taste in comics
,Got back my loneliness (cousin left for new house)
,They called me a bookworm
,They thought I would become SOMEONE GREAT one day
,Teachers decided I must participate in Poetry writing competition and were proved right
,Dreamed of ozone hole, thanks to those who exaggerated tiniest things to kill one's mental peace
,Started writing poems and stories not just for competitions and got an access to the worthy library of my father's colleague
,Fell in love with someone who caught my gaze while I was trying to woo someone else
,Felt proud of my writings as others started congratulating me without trying to read it
,Realized that I'm not the centre of universe. Learnt the art of staying in the background
,Declared there are no bad persons or things
,Missed my loneliness, entering hostel, which almost ended my poetic life
,Said good-bye to my first love for no reason, perhaps only because I began to feel love is not a unidirectional thing
,Became pure vegetarian
,Found out that faith has no boundaries i.e, one could believe in any @#$%
,Got my Engg Degree, despite having no interest in it.
,Mastered the art of unlearning
,Killed the very last bit of iconoclasm in me to become a common man, which I enjoyed most
,Witnessed the return of my poetic mood but not to last long, for I had already become inseparable from the masses
,Again in love, finally found out my lady and proposed to her denying the barriers of language and distance, only after receiving the wedding invitation from my first love, who had already made it clear that she had nothing in store for me
,Love changed me again, ruling out the linearity of time
,World became too small, and I liked it. Yet I begged her to grab me tight or she might even lose me, which she never understood
,-Books, Music, Friends all gave way to Wife, Wife, Wife
,-Found it hard to digest that the very qualities you discovered in you were termed as your minus points. And then, that's what called Family life!
,I used to say proudly that I never bothered about money in all my life but she wanted me to.
,Came to the Caliphate, months without wife, e-mail, computer, books. A trip to the past century
,Wife joined me, 2 people alone in the universe
,Found no reason why people get worried, world is as easy as a nokia phone menu
,Gained enough boldness to declare that religion is utter nonsense and preaching is foolish
,Lost an unborn, and then my father
